Asian Pork with Spicy Sesame Snap Peas
I called this asian pork because I used Asian ingredients. Duh…, nice recipe, easy to execute, damn the the clean up after. Just kidding, not much to clean up and definitely worth it. I used an Asian BBQ sauce to glaze the Asian pork and then some simple Sriracha in the middle of the plate for presentation.
