Serves: 2-3
  • 3-5 Pork loin (5 ounce each, 1 inch thickness)
  • ½ Cup Asian BBQ sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha
  • Bunch of sugar snap peas
  • Dried chili peppers
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp veg oil
  1. Season pork with salt and pepper, heat non stick saute pan on med-high heat for 2 minutes. Add pork to pan and cook for 4 minutes per side with a lid on the pan.
  2. Remove pork once both sides are cooked, brush Asian BBQ all over and cover with foil and let rest. Using the same pan add chili peppers and saute for 1 minute. Add snap peas, salt and pepper, and sesame oil. Saute for 5 minutes until peas are cooked.
  3. As you can see I plated the dish with Sriracha in the middle, I cut the pork on a bias and fanned it around the sauce, and the I place the sugar snap peas around it. You do it the way you want. Enjoy your Asian Pork with Spicy Sesame Snap Peas
