Maple Mustard Pork Recipe

Classic combination of mustard and sweet maple syrup. A very versatile sauce which can be used on any meat of your choice.

  • 2 Tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Grainy mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Orange pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Tsp Chili flakes
  • 4 Small pork loin
  • 1 Tbsp Grape seed oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil


Maple Mustard Sauce for Pork

  • Add yellow mustard, grainy mustard, maple syrup and garlic powder in a bowl and whisk until incorporated.

Roasted Vegetables

  • Cut the vegetables any way you like, toss in olive oil, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Roast in oven at 400F for 20 minutes.

Maple Mustard Pork

  • Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet on med/high heat with the grape seed oil. Cook each side for 4-6 minutes. (Depending on size of meat)
