Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Bruschetta Recipe

  • 3 Tomato slices
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic reduction or balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Slices fresh mozzarella
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • 1 Piece of bread
  • 1 Tsp chlli flakes
  1. Place the bread on a plate. Drizzle some Olive oil on top and season bread with a little bit of salt.
  2. Place tomatoes on top and season with a little bit of salt.
  3. Place cheese on top and sprinkle some chili flakes on top.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves, drizzle olive oil and balsamic reduction on top and enjoy.
