Pickled Vegetables
Ingredients

water

cup
rice vinegar
1/2
cup
sugar

salt

tsp
chilli falkes

jalapeno sliced
2
carrots cut into match sticks

radishes sliced
Instructions
Combine water, rice vinegar, sugar and salt in medium size pot and bring to a boil.
Add all other ingredients in a mason jar and add the pickling liquid. Close the lid and pickle for 1 hour at least.
